According to the results collated at the Independent National Electoral Commission Lagos State collation centre in Yaba, Mr Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, emerged victorious over the All Progressives Congress candidate in Lagos State.
Obi secured victories in nine local government areas, namely: Ajeromi-Ifelodun, Amuwo-Odofin, Eti-Osa, Ikeja, Kosofe, Oshodi-Isolo, Somolu, Ojo, and Alimosho. On the other hand, Tinubu, the APC candidate, won in Agege, Apapa, Badagry, Epe, Ibeju-Lekki, Ifako-Ijaiye, Ikorodu, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland, and Surulere.
