Breaking News: Gbajabiamila Presents New Set of Ministerial List to Senate

Today, the Chief of Staff to the President and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila, made a significant move by presenting a fresh batch of ministerial nominees to the Nigerian Senate.

At 3:15 pm, the Rules of the chamber were temporarily suspended to welcome Gbajabiamila into the revered Red Chamber, where he presented the list.

Last Thursday, the Chief of Staff had already submitted a list containing 28 ministerial nominees to the Senate President, GodsWill Akpabio.

Among the prominent figures featured on the new list are Nyesom Wike, the former Governor of Rivers State, Nasir El-Rufai, the Governor of Kaduna State, and David Umahi, former Governor of Ebonyi State.

As of now, the Senate is currently conducting the screening process for the first batch of ministerial nominees, which commenced on Monday.

The presentation of this new set of ministerial nominees adds further anticipation and discussion to the political landscape of Nigeria. The Senate will now undertake the crucial task of scrutinizing these candidates and determining their suitability for ministerial positions in the government.
